They I thinik about it is Get the plane that an Instructor is willing toteach you on. Sure the PTS P51 might be a good starting plane for Some, but not for all, and if the Instructor does not want to teach you on it then it would be silly to get on.IMO

Welcome to the hobby, it is truly addicting. I started out with a Eagle two and now am up to 3 planes ready to fly and 2 more in the construction stages.

I will be sure to make it out that night then. Is it located near Maple & King?
The burford Public Library is on Park Ave, One block east of Maple Ave in the centre of Burford.

The club has a formal training program. You will be given a written set of Student guidelines, recommended aircraft, engines and radio equipment. In addition you will be given a set of diagrams showing the basic manouvres to be learned.
