Anybody knows what are the 6 pins IC on the AR6400 board? (servo drivers)

I have a defective AR6400 Spektrum RX I would like to try to fix. The only problem with it seem to be the two small 6 pins ICs driving one of the servo. (Let's put it that way... IC work until smoke comes out of it. Well, those two chips obviously no longer have smoke in them ) This is a board I got from a lot, and I would not mind fixing it.
I suspect they are only some sort of FET array, but sadly, there's nothing on the ICs or the board telling me what they are.
So, anybody knows what those 6 pins ICs servo drivers are?
P.S.: If you have a defective board laying around, with those ICs still on it (don't care if you pulled servos, connectors, etc), I could likely use it... Would rather buy new ICs, but pulling some from another board would not be a problem either Would pay for shipping and likely give you a little something for it (or trade?)
