You might want to hang on Bill. I just did some reading on RCU and I'll bet you that we're going to see a 14 cyl coming out soon. Originally Seidel made a 5, 7, 9 and the 14. There may of been variants too, as he had 7's with different displacement. Seidel could be at an airfield near you soon

In case anyone else has similar questions about the new 7-70 Seidel, here is a letter I sent to Wolfgang Seidel and his reply (english translation on the bottom)...

Entschuldigen Sie bitte alle grammatikalische Fehler in der folgenden E-mail. Ich habe einen Microsoft Übersetzer verwendet, um Sie aus dem Englischen ins Deutsche zu konvertieren.
Der Grund für diesen Brief ist denn ich habe eine der Ihre Motoren nur aus Hobby King erworben, und ich mehrere Fragen habe.

1. Mich ich wurde, wenn Sie einen Kollektor-Typ Abgas System zur Verfügung haben, oder wenn Sie vielleicht eines wissen, die verfügbar ist?

zu Frage eins:

Einen Kollektor-Ring können sie bei uns bestellen.
Die kosten dafür sind ? 150.- plus Verpackung.

2: Für die Rocker Waffen Pushrods und Ventile verweden sie bitte ein
Synthetiköl.

3: Sie benötigen keinen Glow-Treiber. Sie können ihren Motor starten mit
einer Batterie 1,2 Vol.

4: Bei einem Neukauf eines Seidelsmotor aus unsrer Firma gibt es 2Jahre
Garantie.
Ersatzteile können bei uns gekauf weren.

Excuse any grammatical errors in the following E-mail. I used a Microsoft translator to convert from English into German.
Is the reason for this letter because I have one of your engines from hobby King purchased and I have several questions.

1. Was I me if you exhaust system available have a collector type, or if you may know one is available?

2. Is there an oil or lubrication for rocker arms, pushrods and valves, recommended as they are not included?

3. Recommend which glow drivers?

4. Can the module which covered under warranty and can spare parts for it be purchased?

You can order a collector ring us.
The cost for this are? 150.-plus packaging.

2: Verweden for the rocker arms pushrods and valves please a
Synthetic oil.

3: You need not glow driver. Start their engine with
a battery 1.2 V.

4: An initial of a Seidel engine from our company there 2Jahre
Warranty.

My kids and I have a "Martin" fund- we are saving for a Martin Guitar, $25 a paycheque and any "found" money goes in there. So far we already have $1300 in just one year... (and we have a ways to go still- ever priced a good Martin??

I guess I'm gonna have to start a "Siedel" Fund...LOL

Just to torture you even more, here is my Seidel mounted in a test stand. The video is about 7-8 minutes long...
Oh... The cadpat rain jacket is to keep the oil off me! With the factory stub stacks, it gets everywhere!
