Thanks again to everyone who responded to my posting!!
Well, today is day 13 since I placed my order with XHeli.com. Order was made two weeks ago tomorrow on a Friday. The following Monday was a holiday so it has actually only been 8 business days since my order was made.
The parts came in this morning. No other fees whatsoever were charged! XHeli.com even marked the package as "Gift - Toy aircraft kit". Awsome!!
And one more surprise, XHeli had the feathering shafts marked as " $8.00 each" I had thought it a bit strange that a feathering shaft was $2 more than a main shaft, for which they charged $6 each. I wanted to have an extra feathering shaft so I ordered two. However when I opened the shipping box, I found that there were 2 feathering shafts in each package, not just one, so that explains that and I now have 3 extra pcs instead of only one!
Well, gotta get to work now and get this heli setup and ready to go. After all is said and done, I am very happy with Xheli's service!!
Thanks again to everyone for your input and support with ideas, suggestions and web links.

Re: Update: XHeli.com
Nice! That is good news, everything went well. Extra parts are always a good thing. I am waiting some parts also that i ordered from Amain and Great Hobbies. I don't expect them anytime soon, just ordered them last tuesday.
Anyways...now it is time to set-up your heli and have your maiden flight.
Take it easy, have fun and fly safe.
