I flew it 3 more times today. I pulled the rudder servo from the tail and moved it up under the cockpit area with pull pull. I then cut the motor mounting bolts flush with the inside of the firewall so I could slide the battery that 1/2 inch forward. All the way to the firewall.
Flew like a completely different plane ( much much better ) Even though I was inside the recomended range yesterday, it was really pitch sensitive and only amplified in the windy conditions. Today was breezy this afternoon, but it handled a lot better on the landings.
A couple of other electric guys were there and checked out everything after a flight. They all said the same thing. The temperatures on the components and batteries were nice and cool ( just luke warm ) The plane has plenty of power to do whatever want. I am not stressing any of the electronics or the batteries. Its going to be a fun summer
