Tiger 60 Maiden

Had a nice windy day at the feild but still did manage to get my Tiger 60 up for its maiden flight. I noticed that the Saito GK80 I have is a little small for it, still flies well just I like to have a little more power. I had fun with it, did not try to much do to the wind. the landings were good, I was wondering what it would be like as I made it into a Tail dragger. I was surprised at how well it did land, alot better than my P-51 40 size.

Re: Tiger 60 Maiden
I have a Tiger 60 that I kit built and did the Dragger mod to also. I am powering mine with TH.75 2st and 13x5 prop and it rips right along nicely. I would think any .75-.90 2stroke would be great or a .91-1.20 4popper if you like the 4strokers.
The pics show the Tiger with a GMS .76 in it. That engine was only in it till it was fully broken in, then pulled out for another project, and then the TH .75 was put in. The Tiger flew equally well with the GMS .76 in it also.
Enjoy the Tiger 60... it is one fantastic flying aircraft.
You can fly Hitec or use the other "low tech" stuff!!
