Hi all i just bought a hpi mt2 g3.0. Now i know from past rc cars screws tend to get loose . Now the owners manual says to check all screws and
such before running.

Ok that makes sense and i did go over the truck and tightened all the screws
but today i had only rear wheel drive got home and found out i lost a set screw on the front output shaft at the slipper clutch and the rear set screw
was about to leave town as well .

So i figure should you tear down a ready to run truck or car and rebuild with
treadlocker just to be safe Thanks for reading Larry

Re: threadlocker

You will only need to use threadlock on metal screws to metal. Leave the plastic screws or metal screws to plastic.
