Re: ace r/c super digipulse

I have an ace Digipace II as well as an ace Digipace 1

As for simple cycling charging and tricke charging (defaults to trickle when charge cycle is complete), the Digipace II works pretty good, and as far a quality goes, I have no complaint.

Same here; have both; however, the Digipace I has a loose connection somewhere associated with the power cord. Simple. Easy to use.

Re: ace r/c super digipulse

Actually I just sold my Digipace charger.

It was a great charger for when my flight packs were all 600 to 800mAH but it can only charge up to 1400 mAH packs with the preset timed 16 hour overnight charging channels. I suppose I could have calculated the time required for larger packs but didn't want the hassle of trying to figure out how long to charge 2300 and 2700 maH packs. Also I am now using various sizes of Lipo packs at it does not charge this type of pack.

Not sure but I think the newer Digipace allows for charging of larger packs than 1400mAH ??

I really liked the "set it and forget it" charging cycle. When the charge ended it automatically defaults to trickle charge which you can leave on indefinitely! Over all, it was a very good charger and very versetile for Ni-Cads and NiMH packs.
