I will never ever purchase from them again.
In the States I have dealt with: Desert Aircraft, Graph Tech, Aeroworks, Horizon, Vess Propellers, Hangtimes Hobbies, SmartFly, Empire Hobby, ect, ect. ect. and have had excellent service from all of them.

I have also had excellent personal service in the far East with companies like PeakModel and HobbyKing.

But Precision Aerobatics USA, they were the only company I have ever had a bad experience with. They are ignorant on the phone, to lazy to answer even the smallest of questions, and like dialtonehunter just confirmed, you get no confirmation of your payment and order. They want your money, but want you to deal with their on line site only, with out the hassle of personal communication or a few minutes of their precious time.

So I have come to the conclusion you are best to spend your hard earned money else where. Besides, their products are way over priced, and better deals are to be had out there no matter how much hype PA blows about their products, and spends on advertising.
