Here is the latest word from the emails between Jonas in Whitecourt and myself
How much room would be available for static displays and which part of the tarmac would be used as a pit to warm up and taxi the planes to the runway?
What kind of security(rope or ribbon) were you thinking of to keep public away from the displays?
Would there be a discount on the gate fee to get into the facilaty the morning of the show, or as part of the show would entry be free?
There will be free admission for anyone with R/C for display (and their party in the same vehicle)
We can give you lots of room along the paved taxiway, and will be using snow fence to keep people within the spectating area.
we'll make sure that you have a good wide area of at least 50 feet so you don't have to worry about the larger planes while taxiing.
It might me nice to just use rope to keep people about 10 feet from the R/Cs so they can see them better (and allow one or two seriously interested people in at a time to take a closer look) We'll supply the rope or ribbon.
