New Mount

Here are couple of pictures of the new mount I made to fit on the Clouds Fly foam plane. This mount is for the Turnigy micro camera ($24) that I got couple of weeks back. Was not sure if turbulence would affect the flight but did the test flight short time ago in fairly gusty winds and it flew like there was no mount on it. Did not seem to have any adverse effects whatsoever. I put a small piece of ply under the canopy to reinforce the screws and take pressure off the plastic canopy. If it did not work then I would only have two tiny holes in the canopy that you can hardly see.
If you look real close this is my test plane and I did make two extra holes to allow more air flow over the speed control.

Interesting mount, did you fly with the camera on it yet? Is it heavy?
