Setting Up GP Ultimate Bipe 160

I'm setting up my Great Planes Ultimate Bipe 160. I have a JR X9303 2.4 Radio, and Spectrum AR9000 Reciever.
I would like to set it up so all 4 Ailerons are on there own channel, so I can fine tune if need be.
I can get all 4 Ailerons to move the correct way and all work with the High Rates Switch. But I can't seem to figure out how to get all 4 Ailerons to work with the Trim. If I move the Trim either Right or Left I can only get 2 Ailerons to move.
I EMailed Horizon and asked them if it is possible. All they told me was adjust the 2 channels that are not moving with the Sub Trim. Which does not seem right, and safe!
Is it possible to get this Mix to work with the JR X9303 Radio?

Re: Setting Up GP Ultimate Bipe 160
The only way to do it is to set up the bipe in the glider mode of the radio, so i was told.
I could never get my Ultimate set up on 4 seperate channels for the ailerons.
Only the newer radios like the 12x or the x11 have the ability in aircraft mode to do 4 seperate aileon channels with trim ability.
