I am trying to stay away from nitro and go with gas. I am not sure what size tank. I read above about a 10oz so I could do that or 12oz?

I see our local shop as a 20 and 26cc Aerovate gas motor for just over $220-250 I think I might get one of those.

I've seen one Aerovate deadstick twice and one grenade. Look into the DLE20, lots of power and great reviews so far. Azure and GH carry them.
