Monocoupe 90A

My first large electric, 1/5 scale ARF from Kangke. Bought this a couple of years ago and just getting around to it now. Still questioning the recommended CG though. They recommend 24 to 27% but I'm leaning more towards 30%.
I guess a test flight will tell us who's right. Very nice model and the covering has never moved. Also installed a Top Flight dummy engine and an MGA scale pilot not seen in the photos.

I'd recommend starting in the middle of the suggested range, and then working back slowly to determine if you're getting tail-heavy and losing stability. You don't want to start at 30% and find out that 27% is the maximum rearward position. Tends to dent the fuselage a bit with the tailfirst landing.....
