I already told my kids they can have my stuff to do with as they please with mutual agreement, but make sure they keep one plane around so I can fly one when I come to visit
Gotta love it when a plane comes together

Re: Death and Modelling

One of our older memebers (Who has now passed away) used to joke at the field that "None of you guys will be at my funeral, you'll be in my shop going through my stuff!"
Ray has been gone for a couple years now and I don't think a flying night or weekend fly has gone without someone recalling a "Ray story".

we all miss him.

Re: Death and Modelling

With any luck, I won't have any planes left, I hope to crash the last one the day before I croak.

Re: Death and Modelling

We had two members pass away already in 2010, and their "hangars" we donated to the club. Members got first picks then the rest went to sale outside the club.

Now we found out then another members cancer has returned and the doc figures he has less than 6 months. He told us all to come out and buy what we wanted before he gets too ill.
