Spektrum Antenna

I was flying this evening and as it got cold I managed to snap the antenna off my DX6i

It still works but looks like cr@p with black tape on it.

I was wondering if the antenna off my Spektrum DX2.0 surface radio will fit until I get a new one.

Re: Spektrum Antenna

Apparently the antenna connector on the RF board is easily damaged. HH recommends sending the radio is for service to ensure it's replaced correctly.

I've read of ppl replacing the antenna with #SPMR75000 (available overseas... UK, Australia, etc... also eBay). This is supposedly the proper DSM2 antenna. But you do it at your own risk.

Re: Spektrum Antenna

I broke the antenna on my 9303. Ordered a new one from Horizon ( through the local hobby shop), installed it myself. Very easy. Radio works great.
