       Remove this ad - become a site supporter!
+ shims as mentioned
+ lube as mentioned (trying hard not to grin for this one)
+ larger wheels if you can fit them (mod the well to permit is an option)
+ shorter grass or pavement
+ Elevator expo but watch out for the tail bouncing up and over

Careful with moving the CG rearward as mentioned, it will help the groundhandling a bit but negatively impact "airhandling".

Ultimately it's about flying the tail; elevator throw with well timed throttle bursts, if you think WWII taildraggers have this problem, try out a WWI triplane.....

i had the same plane and it flew perfect with the stock ballance point with a os 91 4s. i did have to put some sticky weights just behind the canopy but that was minimal. no trim work had to be done and ground handling was ok to.

ps: make sure your wheels are true and strait.if you have any toe in they will want to work like brakes and you will get nose overs.
