Be careful of solvents unless you can neutralize them,as they may soak in and then the epoxy will lose its usefulness as it will not harden.I have used an electric soldering iron with a blade edge to heat the seam,and a knife.Also I have used an electric paint remover gun and a knife, it works if you heat and have a little rest so the heat penetrates the wood.
