New Peterborough Heli field

Hello everyone; I'm new to RC helis, starting out with a Century Radikal G20 LT G10. I don't own any planks, other than lumber laying around out back. It has been very enjoyable and also frustrating at times. A few guys on the 'net' have helped me out, I say thank-you for your time.
I have a 1 acre rural commercial property, just north of Peterborough. I am sure the local RC clubs are nice, but I prefer not to do the 'club' thing, sorry!
I am offering to open the property for a new helis only flying field. We have lots of parking, ladie's and men's washrooms, lunch area, coffee pots (mandatory) vending machines etc. Lots of room for a flight line, I have several heavy steel fence sections for barricades on the flight line. You would be able to use a section of the building for heated indoor servicing of your helis between flights, if needed. I hate frozen fingers as much as the next guy. Flight line would be less than 100' from the 'heated service area'. I propose no fees, no membership, but please!!! just good old fashioned common sense OLD SCHOOL. I repeat, OLD SCHOOL PLEASE! If anyone is interested send me your thoughts. Jon
