Jeff I wish you the best of luck with your store, in fact once I run out of Gaui goodies for my fleet you'll get my support!

The main thing you guys had going was the S E R V I C E !!!
You had amazing service. You responded to your emails the same day. Took the time to answer any questions..etc..etc... Your shipping was next day shipping, with actual shipping prices...not inflated shipping prices.
Wouldnt it be great if we had our own manufacturer of heli's here in Canada.
Which would never be possible with the the price of manufacturing here.

Re: CopterX flyers

Thanks, Shane.

I also replied to the email you sent me. I really appreciate you taking the time to share your insight.

I've done some major analysis over the past few days. I have to say, CopterX is a break even business with no real MAP pricing in place. I personally believe this company is canibalizing itself by allowing the outrageous price wars to go on. There are ways to make it work, unfortunately, they are time consuming.

I have to ask myself if I want to represent and work with a company that allows these practices to occur. While it seems good for the consumer on the surface, in the end, it is ultimately the consumer that pays for these low prices in other ways.

I even tried to point out the problems to the manufacturers sales and marketing team, but they really don't seem to care.

I then reflect on the relationships I have with the two main manufacturers that I deal with already. I have constant communications with them, they listen to both my customers and my ideas, they sometimes even implement them, and they ensure that the consumer is getting a fair price, a quality product, and most importantly, quality service.

I'm going to have to respectfully back away from the possibility of working with CopterX. Sorry guys, I tried my best to see if I could make it work, the Asian market is killing any possibility of it at this time.

I've let the manufacturer know that if things change, to let me know and I will revisit the possibility.
