Help! Need Gyro info

I just built a T Copter and for the world cannot get it stable enough to hover for long. What I think may be the problem is I have two gyros that flash constantly after being initalized. Any idea why they flash as the other two do not. Switched the wiring from one flashing to stable one and the stable one flashed. The switching proved the gyro is not at fault. In this setup all three gyros are married to one slot in the receiver. Yes they are soldered and shrink wrapped.
If I am correct I am hovering with one working gyro at this point and two that keep trying. Any ideas out there? Sure need help on this one.

Re: Help! Need Gyro info

Normally a gyro needs to initialize with the GAIN signal above the 50% mid point, now into HEADLOCK mode, for the light to go on solid.

If you have a spare servo, plug that into the 3 channels and look at the arm position. The solid lighted gyro should have the arm one side of center and I suspect the two that blink will have the arm swing the other side of center. Not knowing the setup you have I cannot suspect why this is so, just think this is your problem.
I know there's money in aviation........I put it there!

Re: Help! Need Gyro info

Thank you Cougar. I changed the mode switch to mode 1 instead of N and they did start in HH mode. Switched back and they blink when I give it throttle. Going to try in the garage ( very very carefully) Thanks
