Does anyone make custom headers, or do they know how to bend 1 inch aluminum without it kinking ?
I need one of these ..

Go to ebay there is a bunch of them on their now. On "How do they do that" they filled the tube with sand, then after they pulled a ball that was fixed to a cable through it. They were making tubes for musical instruments. There use to be a product called "Cerobend", it has a low melting point. I have never used it or seen it. The bender has to be a really good quality bender. If you go for a thicker wall tube say .049" or .058" you can get away with it and the weight difference is only a few grams.
