Dura grit stuff

I won a few dura grit sanding sticks (about the size of a paint stir stick) at events this past summer.

Just started building, and find I am using them a LOT. Two grits on one stick. This stuff is very aggressive, and even sands dried CA easily.

A wonderful tool, I would probably not have bought one but now that I know how good they work I will be looking for more shapes or some for the dremel.

look under dura-grit and its the 1 1/2" by 9" sticks for $15

Re: Dura grit stuff

I picked up a 6 inch Perma-Grit sanding block at Toledo this spring ..
Its ability to sand CA hardened balsa without gouging out the whole sheet is quite impressive ..`It is also a Tungsten Carbide Abrasive ..
