Re: Boating Forum Declared Dead

Yea winter sucks, but when would we build stuff?
Here's my Zippkit Jae .12 rigger with a Novarossi .12. It weighs in at 2.3 lbs so far without paint and a pipe.
It was my first wood kit build and I had no major problems, Zippkits has great instructions and there are some good build threads on the boat forums. Last month they ran a "superlite" version of this boat at 80mph with the same motor. When I hit a buoy with this boat it's gonna be ugly.
