Bought a JR radio in London at the swap meet. Worked good for a couple of days then the memory went. Replaced battery on my own . Worked OK for a few xdays and memory went again. Sent radio back to Horizon Hobbies for repairs. Got un believable service. It came back better than I expected. GREAT SERVICE . Thanks HORIZON FOR THE WORK AND SERVICE> WILL BUY more JR Equipment. Tom

Horizon Hobbies service department is super, & it dosen't matter what you buy. I was always given superior service on all after purchase problems with Horizon. They can't be beat in my book.

Re: Jr repair

My experience as well, I have my best Tx checked/serviced regularly. Keeps them nice and clean and it's good insurance imho.

Shipping can be an issue but, I managed to work out a deal with my LHS, they ship along with their other service stuff and cut me a break on shipping.

Guess where i do most of my shopping.

Support your LHS!
