This is a really well made and great flying model. Take a look at the thread on RCGroups. This is not a beginner model and anyone who has an issue with it has either not set it up properly (usually a newbie mistake) regarding CG and proper battery.

You can never trust what HK recommends, they have their heads up their a$$e$ most of the time with equipment specifications.

For anyone who wants and easy to fly mozzie, this is the best value out there. Adding flaps is so simple it is puzzling why HC Hobby did not include them with the stock bird...
