This is my version of the Pizza Box designed for indoor combat. It's 16 1/2 by 16 1/2 in. Ails are 3 1/2 wide. There's doubler 5 in. wide from the leading edge back, to act as a stiffener. Made from Dollar store foam from Dolarama. I wet the paper surface with windex to peel the paper off. By the time you wet it and spread it around, you can peel it off. The paper weighs about the same as the foam so you have just lightened it by half. Surface horns are 1/32 aircraft ply cut out with scissors. Wheels are 1/16 ply with nyrod inner tube for akle hub. Motor is 16 gram blue wonder motor. Servos are HXT500s Plane weighs 4.6 oz. WO batt. I built one for a buddy and we had about 4 collisions on the first furball. Back corner has "bite Me" with teeth and he took that piece out on the first contact. Painted up like ww1 stuff to give them a bit of colour. the other is done up like a P 40. These are meant to be more agile than fast for indoor use. Also disposable. All hot glued together. Tail skid is a BBQ skewer. Paint job is just magic marker.
Tried for my kamikazi pilots licence. Flunked the test.

Re: Indoor Combat
That is too cute! Simple, cheap and probably a whole lot of fun!
Now you need to post a video to show us some indoor combat footage
