British Columbia Piper J3 Cub .40 Conversion

I'm planning to convert a Piper J3 Cub .40 that is currently under construction to Electric. The plane will be on floats and should weigh about 7 lbs. I need to decide on a power system, air-cooling and water proofing. Any comments/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I'd rather be inside building airplanes than outside working for a living.
