Q: on binding

i am just getting into the hobby and have purchased a dx7 with servos and rx

my question is when i need to buy more rx.s do they have to be from spectrum or do all 2.4 rx bind to all tx's

i believe DX7 will only bind with DSM2 receivers (Spektrum)
some 2.4 receiver are Fasst and there not the same.
I just bought the new DX8 and love it...

any dsm2 compatable receivers will work. hk sells several which are not spektrum and which work well.

also all of the parkzone micros planes/helis are compatable.

Futaba Tx use their own FASST receivers. Not a concern for you.
