Big foamy wing spars CHEAP

I've built a few 90mm foamies and many need extra reinforcement to make the wings strong enough. I just received 12 arrow shafts for $20 (shipping included) that are just the ticket! I've used carbon fiber and alloy arrow shafts but these "fiberglass" shafts are just as strong and you can't beat the price ($2 a shaft).
If your interested they are called
"12 Fiberglass Target Practice Arrows Shaft DIY NEW" on ebay.
They are black in colour so they may be CF (I'm not sure). It is handy to cut the holes into the foam using an alloy arrow shaft that is cut and sharpened. A brass tube would also work but may be too short.
Zen thinking * It's rebuildable till it fits back in the box. **

Re: Big foamy wing spars CHEAP

As a target archer I get to "claim" lots of damaged carbon arrow shafts. I have used them for hard back of foam floats and lots of other apps. I take them to our club meetings and give them away as I know I will always get more.
