I bought my revo 3.3 before christmas. It was used when i bought. Its one of the older models too.
Should I rebuild all 4 shocks?
How do I know when to rebuild them?

Thanks RCtori

Re: rebuilding shocks

You can rebuild shocks anytime . You just empty the old oil out and add new oil in . Always fill the shock to the top . Check for leaks (there is a small O-ring at the bottom of the shock where the shaft slides in and out) these need replaced every now and then . Shock oil goes by weight 20w,30w,40w,50w and so on . The higher the # the thicker the oil .

Re: rebuilding shocks

The only time you need to "rebuild" the shocks, is when the "O" rings are leaking. If they are performing well leave them. If you need different performance from them due to track conditions, change the oil to a different weight.
