Odd, the guys at Cellar Dwellar practically spat on me when I dared to ask about heli's a few years ago.

At least at Eliminator, even though the clerk in the back couldn't be bothered to help, when I told the woman at the front that no, thank you, I did NOT find everthing I wanted, SHE made the effort to help find my center hub.

Still, online orders for me from now on.

Re: Heli Flyers in Winnipeg Area?

At Eliminator, best people to talk to about parts is Ryan or Lori, them being the most knowledgeable. They have been working hard to build the biz (just turned 5), and realize they still have teething problems, but are more than willing to help. They do have younger staff there, but they are learning, just takes time. But if your not satisfied, tell them. Cannot fix a problem if they do not know.

They also accept online orders, phone orders, etc, and usually have a quick turn around on parts as long as vendors have the parts. (5 days usually)

Don't know why CD treated you like that, but also not the first complaint I heard either. I do know that they lost their main heli chap last year, and not sure if others can fill his shoes enough to satisfy customers.

I buy from both, both have pros and cons. I also buy online from HK, and USA.
