Needle Valve extensions for gassers

Hey fellows, i'm looking for some ideas to rig up needle valve extensions for gassers to make it easier to tune while engines running, its a pain doing it through a hole in the cowl, all that vibration when trying to hold that flat screwdriver and landing on the needle valve,not to mention that spinning prop. There's has to be a better way. Lets hear some ideas.

I heard and tried a great idea from Bdegan here
A coulpe guide tubes right to the screws, pictures on post 9
Super simple and works great too.

Don't bother. Once you set them you shouldn't have to touch them again. I set the needles without the cowl on and then install the cowl and go fly. If I have to change the needle setting might just once or twice. Gassers are very reliable and hold a consistent needle valve setting. If for some reason your engine changes look for another reason then the needle valves
