I am using 2- Accucel 6 chargers from HK and they are working great and will charge Life packs also (which I am now using in my planes for the RXs).

I also have an older Triton Green Dot that I use occasionally with a Blinky balancer for Lipos, but I prefer the Accucels.

I use a computer power supply when charging at home and my truck/car battery at the field if required.

You can fly Hitec or use the other "low tech" stuff!!

Turnigy Accucell 6, works great, no problems, easy to use, and only $25 from HobbyKing.

Needs a power supply though, but I use an old car battery that I keep on my work bench. But an old computer power supply using the 12v output line would work just fine, and are easy to find nowadays, lots of old computers kicking around.
