On a Positive note

I recently got back into Radio control and have purchased a few,to say the least "Blade" helicopter products as well as a Dx6i Tx. Two weeks ago I dropped the Transmitter down the stairs and snapped off a toggle switch. I also had problems with a servo in a Blade MSR helicopter. Decided to send both back to Horizon Hobbies for repairs and warrenty work. Filled out the online work orders, boxed up the two products and $48.00 dollars later it was off too the states with them. The experiance with Horizon hobbies has been wonderful to say the least. They emailed me the work status on both products as well as the return dates and tracking numbers through out the process. Total time was two weeks until I received the items back. New switch and testing for transmitter at no charge even though it was my fault and the 3in1 board in the MSR was replaced free of charge under warrenty. For a newbie back to the hobby this was a very positive experiance dealing with Horizon Hobbies.
I thank the company and the staff for a job well done and a very positive experiance.

Re: On a Positive note

Its nice to hear a good news story.

Horizon has always been very good in the service department. I have needed thier services twice (one a minor techincal issue, the other my fault) and twice they have serviced and repaired my radio free of charge.

Customer service sells, and Horizon has been very good at it.
