MicroHeli flybarless head damping (T-Rex 250)

Anyone else have any experience with this conversion? I've got maybe a dozen flights, indoors and outdoors. The head does fly okay but the damping is very soft. My other heli's dampers (including the stock T-Rex 250 SE flybared) are much stiffer. MicroHeli used 2 black O rings on each side, they seem very soft and allow quite-a-bit of movement.
Gravity wins. Always!
