If you want small and durable, try this one:

Parkzone Extra 300

It is a little quirky, but if you have the skills, it is a great little plane. Will do anything you throw at it. and it is perfect for the ballpark!

Cool DualSky Breeze Mini

OK, I've got a video of my EPP indoor plane, which is DualSky's 24-in Breeze Mini, a little bigger than the UMX Extra but smaller than a typical 3D indoor plane. You can see a DualSky Extra 330SC Pro in the video, which is made of depron and of the normal size. Notice at 2:18, there is a high-speed nose-dive crash, but there seems no damage to the plane. EPP planes are called "unbreakable" for a reason.

I'll throw my 2 cents in here...get one of the 32" Crack Series planes from Twisted Hobbies/RC Factory. I have a couple, the MXS-C is my favorite. I run a 7 channel LemonRX stabilizing Rx in mine and fly them in winds up to 15 or 20km/h. It's fun flying backwards harriers with them!
