This is straight from there web site on the P38
SHORT KIT #SK721
The P-38 was the terror of the skies. It was fast, sleek and deadly with its power and range. In late 1942, six Lightnings flew 575 miles and destroyed Admiral Yamamoto's G4M transport along with his escort fighters. It will go down in history as the deadliest twin engine fighter of its day.
The P-38 is quick and easy to build. It features plug-in outer panels for easy transport and field assembly. It is a real crowd pleaser and a contest winner.

Picked this up off a friend as I love the P38 but relise its not going to happen anytime soon. You need to supply your own wood, but this short kit has some wood parts like fire walls and a couple other items. Pickup preferred but can ship at cost to you. Let me know if I can answer any questions on this and I will do my best.Asking $75 but am willing to trade towards electric plane related items. John
