I just received six 5s 5000mha bateries NIP and I can't get the charger to work. It displays and goes to different screens reads the cells but I can not get it to start charging. How do you make it work? I have a HKcharger which is dead simple and reads what mha you put into it and WORKS. If I could plug those batteries into that charger I would BUT the plug won't fit. Can anyone help? If not I'll sell the batteries and charger then order HK batteries at least then all will be uniform and work.

Did you not get a manual with your charger? I don't own this charger but just reading through the manual a bit ... seems like once you have selected the charge rate and other battery paremeters from its menu you have to hold down the start button for atleast 2 seconds and it will start up. In case you don't have the manual ... I added two links for the charger and the balancer. Good luck Ben!

Yep, once you have selected the appropriate battery type, cell #, charge rate , press and hold the red button for 2 seconds. The charger will check to see that you have a balancer connected and confirm the cell count, if not it will warn you that you don't, then it will proceed to charge.

Re: how do you get a Thunder Power TP-1010C charger and a TP-210V balancer to work?

Some days I think I have my act together some days I don't. I got a hold of the guy I bought the charger from and he gave me some simplified instructions. It works good as far as I can see. My first mistake was pressing the menu button first instead of the red charge button, patience is also not one of my best qualities. So thanks to all.
