Normally, they are used in flying wings as a pusher motor. You can usually buy the body parts for Parkzone Stryker at your local hobby or direct from Horizon Hobby

It is good for four to six inch props, but it was designed for high RPM (55,000 max) use in Ducted Fans sized 50 - 75mm.
I used one to push my 24 inch F-15 around. The 6X4 used 25A with twin 2S1500(8C), this loaded the motor to about 80%. Pretty hot for a park-jet back then.
The micro-jet and fun-jet are very possible. 4.75x4.75 3S2200 35A MAX with lots of cooling. There are some nice YouTube clips.
