I listed 3 hobby grade ones that size in my first post. Do a google on them.
Helicopters: Walkera(10?), Esky(3), Blade(5), Align(7), Miniature Aircraft(2), Hirobo(2), Mikado(2), Century(3), Thunder Tiger(4), Gaui (5).
Trucks/Cars: Tamiya(8 ), Traxxas(6), HPI(1), Losi(2), Ofna(2), Thunder Tiger(2), Hot Bodies(1), Axial (1).
Boats: 4
Snowcat: 1 Kyosho Blizzard (electric)
Snowmobiles: 2 x Polaris (toy grade), art attack electric

Thanks bro I did look them up and still am not sure of which I will go with. But all in good time.

In the mean time, i'd like to reiterate that my goal with the "toy" heli is to rebuild / upgrade it, not nesscessarily for the ease of doing it but rather for the hack value of doing so. My reason for asking was more to see in anyone else had been inspired to do the same.

I will start by gutting the airframe, measuring rotor span, tail rotor span, identifying main rotor motor's and looking for either new main rotors and motors or just sourcing better motors to begin with.

Chances are you will not be able to improve in any way on this one. You might think it has a great airframe because it is made of metal plates but in reality they are heavy and floppy compared to the lightweight plastic used on hobby grade machines.
