Hi Dean.. it definately looks like an easy repair, but you can use this an excuse to get a new airframe and file the old one if you desire.

I have been doing that this year.... anything I dork in, and is not merely a cosmetic repair of an hour or two (ex: front broke off, fuse broke in half) gets the tail cut off and hung on the wall as reminders. That way I am thinning the fleet and can get something differant to fly next year!

So far, gone are my Tango, F22 Raptor and Midstar. And the flying season isn't quite over yet either!


You can fly Hitec or use the other "low tech" stuff!!

Thanks John, good tip! Don't think I'll be going for any altitude records anytime soon though. Sometimes I do fly my Beaver pretty high but its big and easy to see. I would have been OK with this last flight also but the wind was pretty stiff up there and blew it well off course.
