Today we decided to take the trucks over to the diamond and fart around. Unorganized and on daddy duty which makes it that much more tricky.

Was fun, I took the pictures while my brother and my son rc'd. My son wasnt really driving though he had a chance at throttle while i steered. He is turning 3 early December, so hes still young but its almost time for a truck for him.

About the trucks. They are both fairly new and are Traxxas Slash Pro 2WD Short-Course Trucks. Mine has been ran maybe 20 times (red black) where as my brothers has been driven maybe 3 times. Ive had mine on the roof a few times, his was spotless until the park runs. LOL
The battery doesn't last long, luckily all our onroad cars use similar packs.

Anyhow, some pictures I thought I would share.

Whoa, nice pics there Rick. Magazine quality stuff.

It's nice to see the little ones driving. It takes me back to a time where I did the same thing for my son. He eventually started racing around 8 and did so for about three seasons. He eventually stopped cause he said he wasn't into it anymore. I'm pretty sure girlfriends had something to do with that. Can't say I blame him though

Enjoy the ride with your little guy. He'll eventually be driving circles around you

I do the same with my son as well, I think he could handle doing it all himself but his hands just aren't big enough. They need to sell hobby grade radios in jr size for the kids...
