Yes B&E Graphics does a great job, but I have a local guy that can do it all and his prices can't be beat. I redid the wing graphics when I recovered them and will be doing the same to the fuse to keep in line with the more contemporary look. Still lots to do before I get to that stage. Just doing the throttle linkage now, then finalize the tank install before prepping everything for paint.
I will be ready in April. Can't waiti to fire this baby up

When I order mine, I request in the "COMMENTS" section that the small plane in the bottom be replaced with my town name "Parry Sound". Eric does this for NO CHARGE!
Jeeze Brian that's a pretty old post?

Great conversion Lee!! That 200 is one smooth machine!!

Re: Carden PRO Built by Lee

Well watching the boys having fun in Ocala has me itching to finish this retrofit and now that I'm retard...er retired (yes!!!!) I am going gung ho to get it ready for flying season in July. Well, its been so ridiculously cold and snowy here it might take that long for the field to be ready!
Anyway a few pics of the throttle setup, and today I got the full tank install completed and the canopy is sanded for re-painting.

Re: Carden PRO Built by Lee

Can't believe it's been almost a year and a half since I changed the Pro to the 200 and after noticing that I ( and Brendan) were losing power, we checked the canisters and they were plugged. Interestingly mostly on the same side for both our planes!
Anyway we cleaned them out using Oxyclean and they are cleaned out and ready to roar once again.
I was wondering if anyone knew where to buy new KS 95 canisters in Canada? I'd like to get a spare.

Lee... Do yourself a favour and get a set of the ProRc.ca Hype Cans (you will need a set of the Large). Amazing canisters and really let your engine breathe. They have a bit of a tuned pipe sound to them also which sounds really nice. Still quiet but a different tone.

I used a full face shield and rubber gloves and worked outside. We used powdered oxyclean. Large bucket mostly filled with hot water. In a smaller container one scoop of oxy and add boiling water and stir. This will bubble and fizz and produce fumes hence the face shield!
Slowly poured down pipes and submerged into the hot water where it will continue to froth up and bubble for a while producing big gobs of black ----! Let sit for an hour and shake from time to time and throw out somewhere (it will stain so not on your driveway unless it's gravel!
Repeated until cleaned putting oxy in both ends as you go. Took me about four sessions. I didn't let sit in oxy overnight though as I worried about etching the aluminum. We threw in our headers too and they came out pretty clean too. Just make sure to use a heat gun and dry everything thoroughly so you don't get rust.

I would love to get new cans but these came out really clean and it wasn't that big a deal. After 400 or so flights most cans will carbon up. I have gone to 60:1 with my redline which seems to be the norm these days which will help.
