What's wrong with my MSR?

Hi. I have a Blade MSR, that after a bad crash, where I had to replace the frame and tail assy, the helicopter won't fly at all. It used to hop straight up into a hover and now it just zooms off to the left and I can't control it. I'm thinking I screwed up the control board(gyro) in the crash, because everything seems fine and properly aligned.

Anyone got any ideas on what might be causing this? If I have to get a new board, I might as well just buy a new MSR and use the old one for parts, but I would like to hear some opinions.

ps. if it matters, this msr has a micro heli aluminum swash plate, not the stock one.

I have a Nine Eagles heli which is close to what you have. I cracked mine up and lost elevator in one direction new control board fixed that. Look at you servos and see if they are inline with no wobble when they turn and if they don't turn at all one could be bent causing all sorts of grief.

Does the swash plate move as it's supposed to?
