Hi folks
Have a new DLE55 that runs great until it reaches half tank they it quits!

Add some fuel and runs perfect!!!

The vent is on the top and a single fuel line to quick fill line.

Klunk is at the back and not jammed.

It's like I'm loosing pressure at half tank.weird.

Please help

Sounds like you have a hole in your fuel line - check the fuel line after it quits - is there air in it?

Hi Doug,

I would guess the two fuel lines may be connected wronly each other. At half tank, air ingress in the line is happening because the carb fuel line may be connected to the tank fuelling fitting, and not the fitting to klunk line. This makes exactly stop the engine at the half tank.

Check the short line between the pump side of the carb and the reed valve block. You'll probably find that it is cracked. (It was a blue line on mine). Replace it with a piece of Tygon and it should fix your problem.
