The rocker arm/rods are made of a G-10/ply sandwiched together, also added the valve springs/rods.Still have to set the rocker arms/ springs for the correct intake exhaust positions, nothing is glued yet...still a lot to do yet..The engine only has details from the top of the crankcase up,it doesn't include the crankcase, you wouldn't see it anyways...

Re: GTM 1/3 Fokker D-7

Thanks guys, its starting to look like an engine now,I still have to make up the exhaust pipe.I'm missing/or lost some parts for that(should have done an inventory). No big deal.Looks like it'll end up between 3 and 4 lbs somewhere...I didn't add the carburator(kit doesn't come with one). You wouldn't see it anyways.I may add the pumps off the camshaft.I'm thinking that I may be able to keep at least the top section of the one/two front cylinders intact when I have to cut away the forward section of the dummy to have clearance for the Zen 62..we will see..

Smile Re: GTM 1/3 Fokker D-7

more progress..I'm using thick CA glue and kicker on the top wing. Its going a little quicker and more accuate than with the carpenters glue.I found some joints had slipped before setting up when using the carpenters glue. Its also cleaner for me anyways...
