The front and sides should look pretty cool - excited to lay down lots of green and black!!... it should really start to take shape over the next few days

Sorry to change the tempo of the thread - but have you weighed the plane lately?

You started off the thread with some amazing lightening efforts and I haven't seen anything about it in a while... how close are you to your reduction targets?

What is the expected FINAL weight?

Total savings? :

Hey there!! It's been a while now since I did any weight saving mods!!... last time was finishing off the rudder in post #677.

At that time I had a total weight savings on the plane of 77.3oz or 4.83lbs, which includes the spray bars

In all honestly, I have no clue what it's going to weigh!! - likely around 36-38lbs dry.

Keep following along!! - It won't be long until Maiden and I'll make sure to weight it!!

I didnt know the bottom was all open like that.
