"Fogging" involves spraying a fogging aggent into the carb air intakes while the engine is runnig on the last little bit of gas left in the fuel lines until the engine quits and dies. That's what I do with my Merc anyways. It is just like ussing afterrun oil in slimers. Everyone KNOWS "afterrun oil" is just trany fluid, right?

Anyway I gues the way Brenden does it is to just sprays the fogging agent into the plugs and carb while NOT running.
