Optical ignition cutoff setup

I'm putting a DLE 20 in my Hangar 9 Pulse 125 XT. I configured my optical ignition kill setup tonight and want to make sure I did it right. The cutoff transmitter was pretty straightforward - I puzzled a lot over the receiver end, though. Here's the component:



Here's how I wired it (click the image to see the full-sized view):



The instructions state that you can connect the switch/charge lead on the ignition cutoff receiver to a battery or a mechanical switch - I'm doing the latter. The instructions don't mention the ignition cutoff receiver's charge lead at all.

My setup makes sense to me - but then, I've never done this before.

I've been using these for some time....your install looks good to me...you can check your installation by measuring voltage going to the ignition from the unit...(as well as the on/off function)....ron
